Patients requiring management of their coumadin (warfarin) therapy may be enrolled in our anticoagulation clinic.

Testing is done by a finger stick blood test, and results are available immediately. Dosing adjustment of the medication and follow up appointments are made at this time. This procedure is covered by most insurance companies.
