This page has answers to questions we are frequently asked by our clients. If you have a question and you cannot find the answer here, please contact us and we will get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible.
- How do I refill my prescriptions?
- Requests for refills of medication your cardiologist has prescribed will be handled within 2 business days.
- How soon can I get an appointment if my doctor orders a test?
- Most test appointments can be scheduled within 24 hours, some the same day. We offer stress test appointments on Saturday mornings.
- How will I be notified of my test results?
- You will receive a phone call regarding your test results, usually within 5 days of your test. If you hav not heard from us within that time, please do not hesitate to call.
- What if I need to call the office after hours?
- Calls when the office is closed will be referred to our answering service. An on call physician is available for urgent matters when the office is closed. Prescription refills, scheduling of appointments, test results and other non urgent matters will be handled during regular office hours.
- What if I have a question about my bill?
- You can reach our billing department from 8am to 4 pm M-F at 248-293-0667.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Payments can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card.
